承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
