承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
