承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平(ping)米(mi)。
