承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
