承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米(mi)。
