承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
