承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙(shuang)梁小(xiao)轎(jiao)車(che)承重(zhong)(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方(fang)式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
