承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
