承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
