承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
