承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
