承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
