承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和(he)防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
