承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格(ge)精密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每(mei)平米。
