承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
