承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
