承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
