承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
