承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系(xi)統+減速(su)器+行(xing)程開關四合一一體化(hua)設計方案(an),結構緊湊
