承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
