承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方(fang)式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
