承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
