承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
