承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精(jing)密度(du)(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米(mi)。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器(qi)+行程開(kai)關(guan)四(si)合一(yi)一(yi)體化設計方案,結(jie)構緊(jin)湊
