承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
