承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
