承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
