承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
