承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平(ping)米。
