承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米(mi)。
