承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi)(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
