承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
